8 killed in Karachi Building Collapse

KARACHI: Eight people including a child were killed while scores were under the debris when a five-storey building collapsed in Lee Market.

According to the report, residents have started rescue work and they have taken out three children alive from the rubble.

It is also reported that due to the narrow area, it is difficult for the heavy machinery to reach the site for rescue and relief work.

Dead bodies have been taken out from the debris, said Edhi officials.
