Aarushi Murder: Court To Hear Rajkumar`s Bail Plea Today

New Delhi: The Ghaziabad sessions court will hear the bail plea of Rajkumar, one of three suspects in the Aarushi-Hemraj murder case, on Thursday.
Rajkumar is in all likelihood will get bail as the CBI, which has took up the botched up case from UP Police, failed to file a charge sheet against him and has no corroborative evidence, leave alone the murder weapon, to prove his involvement or of the other suspects Krishna and Vijay Mandal.
Notably, the investigating agency had conducted narco-analysis test on Rajkumar twice. Though, he reportedly confessed to the crime during the tests, the outcome of these tests could not be applied in court as evidence.
CBI had also recently announced a reward of Rs 1 lakh to any one who can provide crucial information about the murder weapon or the mobile phones of Aarushi Talwar and her domestic help Hemraj.
On September 6, Vijay Mandal, another accused in the Noida double murder case, was released on bail due to lack of evidence.
Meanwhile, Krishna’s lawyer will also submit his bail application today. Krishna, who was working as compounder in Dr Rajesh Talwar’s clinic, is co-accused in the case along with Rajkumar and Vijay Mandal.
