Air Jamaica Signs 15 Air Services AgreementsMONTEGO BAY, Jamaica (JIS), Jamaica’s Free Air Policy will get a boost from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Conference, which ended on Friday with the signing of 15 Air Services Agreement with member states at the Conference. There was praise for the International Conference on the negotiations on air services (ICAN), which took place during the International Civil Aviation Organization, and all the delegates and said the successful finalization of the air services agreements and arrangements during that period. And hosted the conference, held in Montego Bay, June 28-July 2, more than 150 delegates from 40 Member States, who participated in more than 200 meetings. More than 60 air services agreements and arrangements have been signed during the conference.

Director, Regional Bureau for International Civil Aviation Organization in Mexico City, Loretta Martin, at the end of a press conference, thanked the Government of Jamaica and the Civil Aviation Authority for hosting the meeting, and delegates from the work done. “Congratulations to all of you for the excellent work and results that we have seen this week, very intense, and I certainly congratulate you all on behalf of the Secretary-General and all the staff of the International Civil Aviation Organization,” and they are.
