Aitzaz Ahsan ask NRO beneficiaries to resign

Lahore, Pakistan News :- Pakistan Peoples Party’s leader Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan on Wednesday urged all the ministers who benefitted from National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) should resign. He said President enjoys indemnity under article 248 of the constitution therefore he will not be affected by the decision.

Talking to media in Islamabad, Aitzaz Ahsan said sitting President cannot be summoned in any court and no action can be taken against him under the article 248 of the constitution. He said NRO is a serious issue and all the cases closed under NRO have been reopened after the decision of Supreme Court.
