In his second open letter to the CJ, Altaf said thousands of MQM workers, sympathizers and their relatives were killed in 1992 operation; but, no inquiries were conducted into the gory killings.

He said at least 28 MQM workers were arrested in front of their families; but, no one took notice nor was the issue heeded at all despite repeated appeals to the rulers.

MQM Chief said the names and other details of these missing youths have been attached with the letter.

He urged the CJ to listen to families of youths and issue the government an order in this connection in accordance with his conscience, so that the whole nation including the families of the missing youths may be apprised of those elements who picked up missing party workers.
