APC Called By Govt on Malakand Situation

ISLAMABAD: The government on Thursday called All Parties Conference on May 18th to take all political parties into confidence over the ongoing military operation in Malakand Division.
Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Babar Awan told the National Assembly that Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has called the APC on Monday May 18th at PM House to take all political parties into confidence over the military operation.
He told the house that Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Pervez Kiyani would brief the parliamentarians on the operational sides of Swat military offensive on Friday.
