AMMAN: The US Democratic candidate Barack Obama said that a conspiracy is being planned in tribal areas for attacking the United States.
Talking with journalists on arriving in Jordan from Iraq, Barack Obama said that the situation in tribal areas is deteriorating and more US troops are needed in Afghanistan.
Obama said that he is willing for the withdrawal of the US troops from Afghanistan within 16 months after he becomes the US president.
King Abdullah warmly received him on arriving in Jordan.
