Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Calls on President Zardari

ISLAMABAD: Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, General Tariq Majeed, called on President Asif Ali Zardari here on Saturday and briefed the President about professional matters of the Armed Forces.
Both the leaders discussed various issues relating ongoing war on terror and Indo-Pakistan relations.
The reliable sources said President Zardari assured General Tariq of all possible cooperation to boost the professional capabilities of the armed forces, adding, “The armed forces of Pakistan would be equipped with the latest apparatus.”
