Charles Phillips and Yavaughnie Wilkins, Charles and YaVaughnie Billboard – Oracle executive Charles Phillips and Yavaughnie Wilkins are on romantic billboards across the country. The billboards featured what look like pictures of Charles Phillips and Yavaughnie Wilkins and pointed to the website titled “Charles and Yavaughnie,” where more images, emails and relationship mementos are stored.
The billboards advertise an online photo album that includes eight years worth of romantic pictures, notes, tickets and more that it seems to be a long time document affair between Charles Phillips and YaVaughnie Wilkins. Ryan Tate said that Charles Phillips was listed as married in 2006 and was photographed with wife Karen where he had a 10 year old son.
