Chino Prison riot in California

Chino Prison riot, A major riot took place at Chino State Prison, also known as the California Institution for Men, Saturday night in Chino, San Bernardino County, California, according to multiple Twitter reports.

The event began late Saturday, with the first tweets on the incident appearing around 8 or 9 p.m. local time.

Multiple Twitterers say that the riot has led to fires. Some say it started as a race-motivated altercation between Hispanics and African-Americans at the prison, but that can not be confirmed at this time.
