Lahore, Pakistan: The former Attorney General of Pakistan (AGP) Sardar Latif Khosa has accused the Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary of removing him from the office.
The former AGP maintained that corruption accusations against him should not be heard in the court. He was talking to media outside the SC. Khosa was removed from office some 10 days ago and the government has yet to appoint the new AGP. He was appointed as special adviser to the Prime Minister; however, it wasn’t cleared in which field he would advise the PM.
