College Clash in Karachi Several Students Injured KARACHI: A number of students were injured by police baton- charge during a clash between members of two student groups in Islamia College here on Saturday.

There was tension between the student groups and an activist was also injured yesterday.
The altercation among the members of two groups today was changed in violence.

Police and Rangers tried to defuse the situation but the angry students hurled stones at them. Police baton-charged and tear-gassed the students, in which a number of students were injured.

Police have arrested many students after the clash.
