Countrywide Rain, Snowfalls Spell Continues

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan News: Countrywide spell of rain and snowfall continued as light rainfall turned weather pleasant in Karachi.

Light rain recorded in various localities of the coastal city of Karachi. The met department spokesman has forecast more rainfall in Karachi and coastal belt of Sindh during next 24 hours.
The rainy spell continued in interior of Sindh as downpours recorded in Naushehro Feroz, Sukkur and other towns.
The wet spell also continuing in Punjab as rainfall in Rawalpindi and Bahawalnagar dropped mercury.
In NWFP showers reported at Lakki Marwat, Bannu and other towns, while Noshki, Chaman and Turbat in Baluchistan also received rainfall.
Several persons reportedly trapped in flooding in Kech river due to heavy rainfall in Turbat.
