Depp, Jolie favourites for ‘Batman’ villains

Hollywood superstars Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie have emerged top favourites to play the villains in the next ‘Batman’ film, a follow-up of the last film ‘The Dark Knight’.
In an online survey the duo have been voted people’s favourites to play villains ‘The Riddler’ and ‘Harley Quinn’ in the next ‘Batman,’ the Contactmusic reported.
In the last Batman film ‘The Dark Knight’ late star Heath Ledger had played villain — Joker. Ledger’s powerful performance as ‘The Joker’ is already generating Oscar buzz this year.
Natalie Portman, Edward Norton, Keira Knightly and Kevin Spacey are the other popular choices.
The online survey was conducted by DVD rental firm ‘Blockbuster’.
