Drone Attacks Would Not Help US To Find Osama: Mukhtar

ISLAMABAD:Defence Minister Chaudhry Ahmad Mukhtar said on Saturday that US could not kill Osama bin Ladin from such drone attacks and Pakistan would defend its sovereignty against US attacks.
Talking to media after meeting with Advisor for Religious Affairs Hamid Saeed Kazmi, Defence minister said we have no reports that Osama Bin Ladin is alive or dead or present in tribal areas, his search would not affect the up going presidential in US.
He said it is not mandatory to defend the country by picking the sword. A country could also be defended through peace.
He said that 80,000 Pakistani troops have been deployed at Pak-Afghan border and we would not allow anyone to attack our borders. Pakistan has negotiated with State Department and Pentagon. They assured Pakistan that there would be no attacks in future.
