Dubai: IMF Okays 5.1% Budget Deficit For Pakistan

International Monetary Fund has approved new target of 5.1percent budget deficit for Pakistan owing to security expenditures in Dubai today.
According to Finance Ministry sources, IMF would release the 5th tranche of $1.2billion next month. According to sources, Federal Board of Revenue has been given a target of Rs2.44trillion tax money, while FBR assured IMF that Rs13.80 trillion would be collected sans imposing any other tax.
