:Elena Kagan Husband? – Elena Kagan personal life and Elena Kagan husband are popular topics on the internet right now, after news broke last night that the Solicitor General of the United States would be Obama’s next supreme court nominee.
Elena Kagan is a very private person and according to reports she has never been married.
Described by Supreme Court analyst Jeffrey Toobin as “very much an Obama type person, a Democrat,” Kagan is rumored to be a lesbian.
The administration went to great length to dispel the rumor last month, by having a CBS News blog post written by Ben Domenech removed.
Despite all of these efforts sources in the know, continue to assert Kagan is a homosexual.
What is certain though, if confirmed Kagan will be the first justice nominated, in a long time without prior judicial experience. An element that her opponents will surely try to use against her. She would also be the youngest justice on the court at 50.
Lesbian, married or divorced Kagan is expected to be confirmed.
