Gastro Patients Rise Alarmingly In Interior Sindh

HYDERABAD: At least 1200 people suffering with bellyache have been admitted to various hospitals stretched in different towns, cities in interior Sindh including Hyderabad during last twenty-four hours reported by A Pakistan News.

According to sources, the number of gastro patients increased during last some days on account of intense spate of hot weather and drinking contaminated water in areas located in lower Sindh.
900 among those hospitalized have been discharged after medical treatment while remaining 300 patients are still under treatment while some among them are critical in condition, hospital sources confirmed to Geo news.
Health ministry sources told media the cause of alarming rise in gastro patients in interior of Sindh is drinking cold fluids and eating rotten fruits in intense summer season.
