Gen Ashfaque Pervaiz Kyani Meets NATO Commander General David McKiernan, the NATO commander in Afghanistan, Monday held an important meeting with Chief of Army Staff Gen Ashfaque Pervaiz Kyani.

The two military leaders exchanged views over the war against terrorism and the situation at Pak-Afghan border area.

According to the sources the matter of cross border infiltration was raised during the meeting. Pakistan Army Chief raised the issue of Afghanistan intervention in Swat and informed the NATO Commander about the details of the people who were arrested with arms.

Pakistan Army Chief told General McKiernan that the infiltration from Afghanistan if not stopped, it will affect the war against terrorism.
