General Kayani called on President Zardari

Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani called on President Asif Ali Zardari:-

General Kayani called on President Zardari ISLAMABAD: General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani Chief of Army Staff called on President Asif Ali Zardari at the Aiwan-e-Sadr on Thursday.

He apprised the President of his recent visit to France and also mentioned the successes made in the ongoing Operation Rah-e-Raast in Swat and Malakand Agency.

The matters relating to operational preparedness of Pakistan Army also came under discussion.

President Zardari appreciated the valour and courage of security forces and hoped that normalcy will be restored soon in the troubled areas.
