Govt seeks PML-N help to control CJP, judiciary

PML-N’s Khawaja Asif has revealed that the government tried to make a deal with the party to end bar on becoming prime minister for the third term. He said that the government asked for help to control the chief justice and judiciary.

Activists of both PPP and PML-N are holding protests and burning effigies of each other’s leaders after the statement of Mian Nawaz Sharif that Asif Zardari ‘is the biggest threat to democracy.’
