Hurriyet leaders placed under house arrest in Indian Occupied Kashmir

SRINAGAR: The puppet authorities in occupied Kashmir have placed the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, senior Kashmiri leader Syed Ali Gilani and other Hurriyet leaders.
Maulana Abbas Ansari, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi, Fazl Haq Qureshi and Kashmir Bar President, Mian Abdul Qayoom were placed under house arrest on Friday besides Mirwaiz and Gilani, to prevent them from leading anti-polls demonstrations to be held today after Jumma prayers.
The authorities have imposed undeclared curfew in Srinagar and Badgam towns while the adjacent areas of Jamia Masjid in Srinagar have been sealed, news reports say.
Jammu and Kashmir Coordination Committee has given a call for anti-election demonstrations and complete shut down after Jammu prayers, today.
