Islamabad High Court Reissue Summons, Dr Afia Case

Islamabad High Court Monday reissued summons to the ministries of foreign affairs and interior over a petition pleading for bringing Dr Afia Siddiqui back to Pakistan and directed the ministries to submit their reply by February 25.
Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Mohammed Aslam heard the petition today.
Petitioner Javed Iqbal Jaffery in his arguments said that the ministries have not yet submitted their reply despite the court notices.
