Jennifer Hudson Weight Loss 2010, Jennifer Hudson is the former American Idol contestant turned singer/movie star.  She won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress several years back for her spectacular performance in “Dreamgirls” alongside BeyonceJennifer Hudson Weight Loss 2010.  Her debut album, “Jennifer Hudson” has sold well over 700,000 copies and became certified gold by the Recording Industry Association.  She’s performed at the Grammys, AI, Oprah Winfrey Show and the Superbowl making her a household name for many.  Recently, Jennifer Hudson’s weight loss in 2010 has been in the news, as fans are interested to find out what she did to drop the pounds.  So what is the Jennifer Hudson weight loss secret plan?  Simple, she joined up with Weight Watchers to help get rid of excess pounds.

Jennifer Hudson just gave birth to her first child from her fiance David Otunga, a boy they named David Daniel Otunga Jr.  It can be tough to get in shape after a pregnancy, and when Hudson saw a picture of herself post-pregnancy, she did a double-take.  Hudson was able to lose that baby weight and she credits the Weight Watchers organization for helping her slim down.  At an April 1st news conference she showed off her slim self, now that she is on a national advertising campaign for Weight Watchers.

Hudson’s weight loss story is profiled here at the Weight Watchers website.  She also keeps a blog to talk about her quest for better health.  Hudson claims there was no magic or illusions involved.  She simply followed Weight Watchers guidelines and watched the weight start to come after several weeks.  She notes on her April 1 blog entry that she was amazed to “realize you don’t have to be miserable while you are losing weight.  You can eat what you love.”

Hudson noted that she’s never been uncomfortable with her weight before, but once she gave birth, seeing the photos helped her make that decision to get in better shape.  She took control of her body and eating habits, and they’ve even rubbed off on her fiance, David Otunga.  Otunga is a chiseled professional wrestler in training, currently working on the WWE show “NXT” where 8 rookie wrestlers compete for a contract.  Hudson said that Otunga is inspired by what she’s doing and now does weigh-ins, as well as recording everything he eats.  Way to go Jennifer Hudson on the weight loss and hopefully on inspiring many others to take control of their situations as well!
