Kate Gosselin bikini pics Kate Gosselin has been photographed in a bikini at a beach with her children, something not everyone is used to.Kate, who usually wears a two-piece that covers her midsection, showed off her bod in Bald Head Island, North Carolina recently – and while her heart may be in shambles, her body sure isn’t!

Meanwhile, the Pennsylvania Department of Labor is now investigating whether “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ is complying with child labor laws after someone filed a complaint.

According to a PA Labor Department spokesperson, a complaint has been filed and they are now investigating whether or not ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8′ and the reality show parents are exploiting their children.

A representative for TLC tells TMZ: “TLC fully complies with all applicable laws and regulations. ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8′ is no exception.”

“For an extended period of time, we have been engaged in cooperative discussions and supplied all requested information to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor. We will continue to engage the appropriate officials and meet any standards or regulations that are applicable to TLC productions.”
