Megan Fox Engaged : They were on again. Now, if you believe Twitter, Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox have transformed into fiancés.

Someone purporting to be Green tweeted Saturday that he is “engaged and [has] a son from [his] previous relationship,” after a fan asked if he was married and had kids.

There were no specifics of the betrothal, however. So what’s the deal?

Green’s rep is calling foul. She insists that the actor doesn’t even have a Twitter account and that there’s nothing to report on the engagement front.

The couple are no strangers to the game, however. Fox supposedly called off their engagement in early 2009. But soon they were back together. And just last week, Fox purchased a $2.9 million house in Los Feliz for the twosome
