The company featured on the show this week is GSI Commerce, which provides online shopping technology and e-commerce services including order fulfillment, customer care, and marketing.
The undercover boss of the week is Michael Rubin, a 37-year-old entrepreneur who founded the global company. GSI Commerce now hires more than 10,000 employees in its busiest seasons.
