You’ll also get a healthy dose of fat – 36 grams (16 of them saturated), 185.0 mg cholesterol, 310 mg sodium, 42 grams of carbohydrates! So, after your treatment, it seems that we have a little work to do. Let’s say you eat a smaller piece of the pie – slice 411 calories. Let’s say you weigh 150 lbs. You’ll have to do about 61 minutes of training a strong force to work out.
