New US Vice President Joseph Biden Arrives Today ISLAMABAD: US Vice President-elect Joseph Biden is visiting Pakistan on Friday (today).

Well-placed Sources said that Biden is coming to Pakistan on a short but important visit and he is expected to meet President Zardari, Prime Minister Gilani, Army Chief General Ashfaq Pervez Kiyani and other top officials.

The vice president-elect is likely to discuss the war on terror, India- Pakistan tensions and a 15-billion-dollar aid package for Islamabad with the Pakistani leaders.

Biden will be accompanied by a high-level congressional delegation.
