No Peace Without Kashmir Settlement: Mirwaiz UmarThe Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, in Indian occupied Kashmir, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has reiterated that the occupied Kashmir dispute is the main impediment in creating an atmosphere of peace and security in South Asia.

According to Kashmir Media Service Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, addressing the Juma Congregation at Jamia Masjid in Srinagar, appealed the President of America, Barack Obama to prioritise the efforts towards resolving the occupied Kashmir dispute in accordance with Kashmiris’ aspirations.

The APHC chairman condemned India’s continued policy of stifling the voice of Kashmiri people through brute force.

Meanwhile, the illegally detained senior APHC leader, Shabbir Ahmed Shah in a statement issued from Srinagar Central Jail, maintained that the people of occupied Kashmir had been offering matchless sacrifices for their right to self-determination. He said that the ongoing movement would be taken to its logical conclusion, come what may.
