No PPP-MQM Deadlock Over Local Bodies: Ghouri

KARACHI, Pakistan News: Federal Minister of Ports and Shipping Babar Ghouri has dispelled the impression of any deadlock between MQM and People’s Party over the local bodies system.
Who has been a leader of Muttahida Qaumi Movement, said there was deadlock between the two parties in the core committee meeting but the talks between Governor Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad and Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah proved fruitful in breaking the ice.
He said Altaf Hussain wants solution of all problems with dialogue.
Ghouri said that a delegation of MQM will meet President Asif Ali Zardari to settle all lingering issues.
