PAK Calls India To Resume Bilateral Talks

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has formally invited India for resumption of talks for normalization of relations between the neighboring countries.
In felicitation message to the new External Affairs Interior Minister of India S.M. Krishna, Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi congratulated him for taking the charge of the office and urged that the two countries should resume the talks to seek solution of disputes.
He said Pakistan remained committed to the pursuit of cordial and mutually beneficial relations with India and to resolve all bilateral issues through dialogue and in a peaceful and cooperative environment.
“I look forward to the opportunity of meeting you to exchange views on bilateral and regional issues,” Qureshi said in the message.
