Petition Filed in SC for Early Hearing of NRO Cases

Pakistan News: A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court of Pakistan seeking early hearing of the constitutional pending petitions.
Filed by Roidad Khan, petition maintains that no case regarding NRO has been heard since February 2008. The petitioner submitted that the case was of public importance and the petitions should be heard soon to fulfill the demands of justice. Roaidad Khan had filed constitutional petition to get NRO declared as a discriminatory and unconstitutional law.
