President Indemnity Challenged in Supreme Court

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan News: The indemnity of president under constitution article number 248 has been challenged in Supreme Court.
Engineer Jamil Malik of Communist Party has filed a petition in Supreme Court challenging the indemnity president has under article 248 of constitution. The petition stated that indemnity is unlawful. It also quoted example of China where constitution article 41 give court right to summon any ruling leader including president and punish them if crime will be proved.
