  2. Country is passing through difficult time
  3. Today is the day for important decisions
  4. Country was about to be declared as failed state
  5. I have full faith in Allah that if we work hard with honesty, Allah is with us
  6. I faced several crises during these nine-year
  7. Nobody ever faced challenges which I had to face during my regime
  8. I have been facing many challenges including 9/11 and northern areas problems
  9. Allah helped me in facing all these challenges
  10. My intentions remained very positive during this era
  11. I always preferred the country and people first
  12. I gave a slogan “Pakistan first” to the nation
  13. Some elements give value to their vested interest above the country
  14. These elements levelled false allegations against me
  15. Some elements are accusing me of electricity crisis and others
  16. Details will be released in the press
  17. Our economy was on right track on December 2007 before seven months
  18. Our Foreign exchange reserves reached 17 billion dollars
  19. KSE index surpassed 16,000 points
  20. It was the power of our economic policies, These were the indicators of Pakistan seven months back
  21. World agencies declared Pakistan in N-11 countries
  22. Pakistan was also included with India, Russia, China in N-11 countries
  23. Now Reserves have reached below 10 billion dollars
  24. KSE index has new reached below 10,000 points
  25. Foreign investors have stopped investing in Pakistan now
  26. Wheat, pulses prices went up, poor people struggling
  27. Those who criticize our policies is cheating with the nation
  28. Power crises was the outcome of demand which increased after development projects
  29. 3000 MW power generations during last 8-9 years
  30. Demand was higher than generation
  31. June 2007, we were generating 1400 MW
  32. 750 km long coastal highway built during 7 years
  33. Islamabad-Murree Expressway built
  34. Many roads links built in northern areas
  35. Roads network built across the country
  36. Mirani dam inaugurated, dam in Skardu completed
  37. Capacity will be doubled for Mangla dam
  38. More dams are being built
  39. Thal, rany canals are being constructed
  40. 3-million acres land will be irrigated
  41. Our agricultures will be boosted by these canals
  42. Gwadar port was constructed
  43. There is a revolution in telecom sector
  44. 50 percent tele-density in Pakistan which was only two percent
  45. Massive industrialization was happening in Pakistan
  46. Four to five hotels are being constructed in Islamabad
  47. With the emergence of Industries, employment opportunities were created
  48. We made lot of progress in education sector
  49. We started technical training, thousands of children being trained
  50. Foreign universities were about to open their campus in Pakistan
  51. 1500 PhDs every month
  52. Primary and Secondary health care was given preference
  53. Safe drinking system planned across the country
  54. 6000 purification plants were being planned in the country
  55. Three-pronged strategy adopted for women sector
  56. Political empowerment was result of our policies
  57. We abolished discriminatory laws
  58. We empowered minority by giving joint electorate power
  59. We have a rich heritage, culture, Quaid Mausoleum was renovated in a way that thousands of people sit there
  60. We have opened art gallery
  61. In Lahore, a Bab-e-Pakistan is under construction
  62. NIPA (National Institute of Performing Arts) made to promote performance
  63. There was only a label of democracy, we put essence in it, we introduced local government system
  64. Those who are against local government system, was against Pakistan
  65. Two elections were conducted under my rule
  66. It is the essence of democracy
  67. Before 9/11 nobody knew Pakistan, we gave image and value to Pakistan
  68. Pakistan is give value in international forums
  69. We made some inroads on law and order situation
  70. We inducted police personnel on basis of merits, we strengthened their capabilities
  71. There is no Kalashinkov culture
  72. New terrorism culture began after 9/11 which we need to defeat and face jointly
  73. I am proud of all my achievements
  74. Delegates of 80 countries arrived in Pakistan during donors’ conference
  75. We were committed more aid then expected
  76. These achievements are for People of Pakistan
  77. Current political situation
  78. I always promoted reconciliation in the country
  79. I have talked about three-phase transition gradually
  80. Third face was last year when I quit post of army chief
  81. Power was transformed after transparent election which all the world believes
  82. After election of Feb 18, people associated their hopes with the elected people
  83. They wanted better future, leaving behind past
  84. They wanted a developed Pakistan free of tussles
  85. Unfortunately, my all appeals regarding reconciliation went all in vain
  86. My efforts failed
  87. Some elements were playing politics with economy, terrorism
  88. Vendetta began
  89. I was blamed for hatching conspiracy from presidency which is completely baseless.
  90. Free fair elections were held in which all parties participated. We made sure everybody participates in the election.
  91. Prime Minister’s unopposed election was held, how?
  92. In Sindh, Balochistan also a culture of decency developed
  93. I have publicly announced my support to the government
  94. I announced to share my experience with the government with all my capabilities to face the challenges
  95. Coalition thought me as problem not solution
  96. Collision wants to impeach me, why?
  97. Are they scared of my legal and constitutional right?
  98. Impeachment and charge-sheet right of people, and to defend the impeachment move is my right
  99. No charge-sheet can stand against me, They can not prove any charge against me
  100. I did all with the basis of “Pakistan First”
  101. I took on boards all the stakeholders including army, politicians, civil society members, Ulemas on every critical decision
  102. I am not bothered about charge-sheet, They can not prove any charge
  103. Question arises is: Impeachment issue will affect the country
  104. Can country afford uncertainty and instability.
  105. Country can not bear politics of confrontation
  106. Office of the president should be impeachment, will it be a wise move
  107. I am thinking on these line since two to three days
  108. It is the time for some serious thoughts
  109. Nation will defeat whatever the result of impeachment would be
  110. President office can get affected, Pakistan is my love and everything
  111. I offer my life for the sake of the country,
  112. I served the country for 45 years
  113. I think that I should do something to bring the country out of crisis, it has ability.
  114. I don’t want to do anything uncertain
  115. I have in mind to avoid the parliament from horse trading
  116. If impeachment is defeated, in my view, confrontation will exist between state institutions.
  117. Parliament and judiciary may face confrontation
  118. I don’t want to drag the army into politics
  119. I consulted with legal advisers, army and aides,
  120. I resign form my post
  121. Speaker will have my resignation, I don’t want anything from anyone
  122. We have given sacrifices, our sacrifices are exemplary, I salute to them
  123. I am thankful to my political companions to support me during this ear
  124. I am thankful to civil servants, their role in the functioning has been amazing, I am proud of them
  125. I am a middle class person and part of people
  126. I always think about the people’s pain
  127. Prayers of my mother remained with me and my wife and children always supported me that is my strength
  128. May Allah protect the country
  129. May Allah made the lives of people better
  130. My life is always for the people of Pakistan
