President Was Never Convicted in BMW Reference: Additional Prosecutor General

Pakistan News: President Was Never Convicted in BMW Reference: Additional Prosecutor General, Additional Prosecutor General Abdul Basir Quershi has informed the Presidency that President Zardari was never convicted in the BMW reference.
According to sources in the Presidency that President was never convicted in the BMW case due to his unavailability. Bashir said that article 31A is not applicable on President. NAB has declared rumors incorrect that the president has been convicted in the BMW reference case and said that according to NAB documents Article 31A failed to prove President Zardari guilty of BMW case.
Prime Minister (PM) Yousaf Raza Gilani met famous lawyer Abdul Hafiz Pir Zada to discuss issues related to law and constitution. PM said that the balance of power is very important.
