President Zardari Felicitates Sharifs Brothers on SC Verdict

ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday felicitated Mian Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif of Pakistan Muslim League (N) on the Supreme Court’s verdict that had set aside their disqualification.

President Asif Ali Zardari said the government and the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) have great respect for the judiciary and its verdicts. He expressed hope that with the remission to take part in electoral politics the PML (N) Chief Mian Nawaz Sharif will play even a greater role in strengthening democracy in the country.
