Roman Polanski Freed by Swiss Authorities

According to information 76 year old Roman Polanski is declared free by the Swiss authorities on Monday. He was charged with the blame of having sex with 13 year old girl. He was arrested for his 1977 crime. Justice Ministry in Berne declared the decision of releasing of Oscar winning director Roman Polanski.
Los Angeles prosecutors and Polanski’s U.S. attorney, work to get the decision in favor of Polanski. Polanski belongs to France and now after his release from prison he will return to France and left Switzerland. He was charged with abusing girls and providing illegal drugs to the girls. Nothing has proved against him so he is released.
Herve Temime a French Lawyer and who was defending the Director said “It is an enormous satisfaction and a great relief after the pain suffered by Roman Polanski and his family,” France was inserting pressure for the release of Oscar winning director and French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner requested for the justice towards Roman Polanski.
There was no solid evidence which can prove Roman Polanski a culprit so he is released by the officials. For “Chinatown” (1974), “Tess” (1980), he won Academy Award nominations. In 2002 he won Oscar for The Pianist”.
