Senate Candidates List Submited By PPP to Zardari Today The finalized list of the candidates of Pakistan People’s Party for 50 Senate seats is likely to be presented to President Asif Ali Zardari today.

The names in the list prepared by the parliamentary board of PPP will be formally announced after its approval by the party Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari.

More than 450 intending candidates had requested for the party ticket for Senate, which have been shortlisted to 50 names.

Rehman Malik, Jahangir Badar, Afsar-ul-Mulk and Dr. Israr Shah would be among the party candidates for Senate.
