Sufi Can’t Decide Eligibility of Qazis: Bilur

PESHAWAR: NWFP senior minister Bashir Ahmed Bilour has rejected Sufi Mohammed’s objections over formation of Darul Qaza and appointment of Qazis under Nizam-e-Adl Regulation.
Talking to media Bilour said that no clause of the peace deal suggests that Sufi Mohammed will nominate the Qazis.
He said the government has powers under the law to appoint Qazis in Darul Qaza.
He said the lawlessness in Malakand division will force around one million more people to migrate from the area and the provincial government have no resources to provide help to them.
