Supreme Court Returns Sedition Case Petition Against Musharraf

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court has returned with objections the petition relating to the sedition case against former president, General (retired) Pervez Musharraf.
One Zahid Hussain had filed a petition relating to the sedition case against the former President in the Supreme Court (Lahore Registry).
The objections on the petition said that it was neither the proper forum for the case nor the petitioner was an affected party besides the affidavit of the advocate on record was also not found attached with the petition.
