Unit-4 Bin Qasim Plant Trips Down: Karachi

KARACHI: Due to over loading, the unit four of Bin Qasim Power Plant has tripped down here on early Tuesday intensifying ongoing power shortfall.

According to KESC sources, this temporary dis-functionality increased 140 MW power shortfall to KESC power generation.

Johar, Gulshan and Korangi industrial areas have affected the most as well as Shah Faisal colony and Malir have gone dark.
