RAIWIND: US Ambassador to Pakistan N.W. Patterson Thursday called on PML-N Leader Mian Nawaz Sharif at his residence in Raiwind.

The US ambassador discussed with Nawaz Sharif, US-Pakistan mutual cooperation, economic issues, political situation and the war on terror.

After her meeting with Nawaz Sharif the US ambassador will meet People’s Party Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari today, a spokeswoman of US embassy told Geo News.

Patterson would also hold meetings with other Pakistani politicians to discuss restoration of deposed judges and other issues, said the spokeswoman adding that United States was not applying any pressure on any person over the issue.
