US Consulate Building Damaged In Multiple Blasts, Peshawar

The US Consulate building was partly damaged as a spate of blasts rocked Hayatabad Avenue in Peshawar on Monday.

The first blast took place at Saddar, Peshawar, which was ensued by some mild blasts and rockets were also fired.

The US Consulate could be the target, while firing ensued the incident.

The Army cordoned off the area and take their positions as firing continued.
Rescue teams rushed to the site.

The explosions shattered the windowpanes of the nearby houses while the smoke clouds engulfed the whole area.
