3: Machida vs. Shogun 2 is an upcoming mixed martial arts event to be held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on May 8, 2010 at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Lyoto Machida is now scheduled to face Shogun Rua in a rematch for the title. The rematch was set for seven months after the original due to an injury Machida suffered in his hand during the first fight with Rua. Kimbo Slice’s first official heavyweight fight in the UFC is expected to take place at UFC 113 against Matt Mitrione. Koscheck is scheduled to face English striker Paul Daley at UFC 113 in Montreal. Via Twitter, Koscheck expressed a desire to face Tito Ortiz at a catchweight after his fight with Daley, in large part because Ortiz poked fun at Mark Coleman after he was defeated at UFC 109.
