Water Level In Mangla And Tarbela Dams Is Still At Dead Leve

ISLAMABAD PAKISTAN : Water level in Mangla and Tarbela dams is still at dead level and the water situation in the dams is not going to improve in coming days.
Water level in Tarbela dam remains at dead level of 1,378 ft whereas usable water in Mangla dam has also finished. In River Sindh at Tarbela water entry and exit is 24,300cusec whereas in River Jehlum at Mangla water flow is 25,100 cusec and exit is 25,221 cusec. According to Meteorology department, rain is not expected during the current week due to which water levels in the dams are not going to improve soon.
